Synagis Referral Form

ADVANCED Pharmacy and Respiratory Care Solutions is the experienced provider of Synagis in the Home environment.  We have worked diligently with the manufacturer and the State of California to keep the Synagis program viable in the Homecare setting.  Patients receiving treatment at home are highly compliant and at a reduced risk of contracting additional infections that are prevalent in the often chaotic clinic, hospital or physician office situation.   

Over the course of our 8 years of providing immune compromised and respiratory/cardiac underdeveloped infants life saving therapy we have created the Synagis Management System.  This is a streamlined and highly efficient method of patient intake, insurance verification/qualification, coordination of in-home visitation and administration of Synagis doses on a monthly basis.  This is accomplished by dedicated personnel who’s only responsibly is achieving the goal of having each and every patient protected from a life threatening RSV infection.
