The Company added to its basic home infusion therapy, focus on the IVIG and specialty infusion marketplace addressing the "critical prescriptive needs" of patients with several deficiency-based diseases: They are: Growth Hormone deficiency, a pituitary disorder that causes arrested bone development; Hemophilia, a hereditary bleeding disorder; Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease of the central nervous system; Crohn's Disease, a chronic inflammatory disease affecting the gastrointestinal tract; RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) a respiratory infection found among pre-mature and other high risk infants; Rheumatoid Arthritis, a chronic disease characterized by inflammation and destruction of the joints and other Immune Deficiencies Disorders, comprising a broad group of diseases affecting the immune system.

Amevive™, the Company's newest high tech therapy, is producing already significant new referrals. APS, in August 2004, entered into a new relationship with Biogen, whereby APS receives patient referrals directly from the manufacturer.

• APS believes that patient compliance is the key to an appropriate, cost-effective and successful therapy. APS designates certain pharmaceutical care therapies as "PMPC. Those programs place particular emphasis on the clinical skills of the pharmacist as the teacher, monitor and central communicator, which supports the patient in self-fulfillment and responsibility for their own care and clinical outcomes

Respiratory Therapist Patient Management

• APS's team of professional Respiratory Therapists provides on-site patient evaluation, qualification and training prior to home discharge. Each patient's needs are fully assessed and provided for which allows a seamless transfer of the patient from the hospital to home. Our therapist staff provides monthly routine visits to each and every patient as well as 24/7 availability.

Educational Services

• BRN Certified Continuing Education Provider with CE programs on the care of the Ventilator-Depended Patient provided by our respiratory therapist Staff.
• Physician Education Programs on the use of IVIG in Neuromuscular Diseases and off label uses provided by APS pharmacist staff and nationally recognized physician specialists.
